1.) Bellafina is by Quality Road and out Akron Moon (Malibu Moon).


2.) Bellafina RNA’d at the 2017 Keeneland September Yearling Sale for $220,000. The following year, she sold for $800,000 Kaleem Shah.


3.) Bellafina currently has a record of 8:6-1-0. She is currently undefeated in 2019 with wins in the Gr.2 Santa Ynez, Gr.2 Las Virgenes Stakes, and Gr.1 Santa Anita Oaks.


4.) Bellafina’s sire Quality Road is the sire of 2017 Kentucky Oaks winner Abel Tasman. Bellafina looks to become the 2019 Kentucky Oaks winner.


5.) In 2019, Akron Moon foaled a full brother to Bellafina. Akron Moon is being bred back to Quality Road to produce another full sibling to Bellafina in 2020.


6.) Bellafina’s only losses have occurred when she placed second in her two-year old debut and when she finished fourth in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies.


7.) In the Gr.2 Santa Ynez Stakes, Bellafina won by 8 ½ lengths.
